For the grooming and shop side - they are _amazing_! Always great service (even when short staffed, shared with the veterinary next door), friendly, accommodating, and with the pet's comfort in mind. Our dog (Mabel) hates the process but loves the people (and the outcome)! Fantastic choice of food, supplements, toys / distractions, and all sundries. Highly recommended!

They’ve always gone above and beyond to make both me and my dog feel completely at ease. Whether it’s a routine check-up, advice on care, or addressing any health concerns, their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion shine through every time. Nora has an incredible ability to connect with animals, and you can tell she truly loves what she does.
