My dog had her first ever seizure in front of Nora at the clinic and she did absolutely nothing about it. No referrals or medication. We had to ask to be referred to a speciality clinic (cause she took no action) where we discovered my dog had an infection that spread to her brain. Add this to the fact that a consultation here is not cheap, so we payed for her to do nothing.

We attended the clinic today with our bulldog, the service and treatment was fantastic!! We see a vet called Nora who was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The clinic is welcoming and spotlessly clean, we was really impressed that we was able to get the blood results on the same day. We can’t thank them enough and will 💯 use them again if needed in the future.

Waggin' Tails looked after my boy (and me) last year through cancer surgery. Their clinic is very calming, and friendly, and the team are extremely understanding towards pet owners. Outstanding service 👏🏽 👌🏽 👍🏽

For the grooming and shop side - they are _amazing_! Always great service (even when short staffed, shared with the veterinary next door), friendly, accommodating, and with the pet's comfort in mind. Our dog (Mabel) hates the process but loves the people (and the outcome)! Fantastic choice of food, supplements, toys / distractions, and all sundries. Highly recommended!
